When the villa we wanted became available, Tony worked quickly to help us get the deal done. Living 1000 miles away, I had to make a quick trip to the island to inspect the unit. Tony arraigned for me to meet with remodelers, painters, flooring and furnishing people.

The general inspection showed no problems with the Villa. Tony encouraged me to pay an extra $85 to get a certified heating and cooling expert to inspect the heat pump. That inspection revealed a bad unit that had to be replaced by the seller. That $85 saved me several thousand.

"After having two bad experiences with a competing Hilton Head real estate office, I contacted my local lender, Brad Ellis from Coastal States Bank, for a referral for a top-notch realtor. I was introduced to Tony Stegall. I live in Michigan and I told him that I was looking to purchase a condo in Hilton Head Island near the beach and that it was to be my retirement home in 2 - 3 years. This length of time did not deter Tony from helping me explore the island and show me condos that met my requirements.
